Return & Refund Policy – Royal Bricks & Interlocks

At Royal Bricks & Interlocks, customer satisfaction is our priority. We manufacture and supply high-quality interlock paving blocks, cement bricks, designer tiles, and related products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation if production or dispatch has not started. Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once manufacturing begins.
2. ReturnsReturns will be accepted only under the following conditions: The product is damaged during delivery. The wrong product or quantity was supplied. Manufacturing defects are identified upon delivery.To request a return: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue. Keep the products unused and in their original condition.
3. Non-Returnable ItemsThe following items are not eligible for return: Customized products. Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or storage after delivery. Products returned after the specified return period. Natural variations in color, texture, or finish that are common in concrete and paving products.
4. Refund PolicyOnce the returned products are inspected and approved: Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be made through the original payment method or bank transfer. Delivery and transportation charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Royal Bricks & Interlocks.
5. Replacement PolicyWhere applicable, we may offer: Product replacement. Replacement of damaged quantities. Credit adjustment on future orders.
6. Inspection at DeliveryCustomers are requested to inspect all products at the time of delivery and report any shortages, damages, or defects immediately. Claims made after installation may not be accepted.
